At RFZ ESPORTS, we strive to ensure fair tournament management and transparent processes for all players. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for paid tournament entries or other event-related payments.

1. General Policy

All payments made for tournament registration, participation, or entry fees are considered final and non-refundable once a slot has been confirmed, except in specific cases listed below.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

The tournament or event is officially canceled by RFZ ESPORTS.
Payment was deducted but registration did not confirm due to a technical issue.
Duplicate payments made for the same team or player entry.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Player or team disqualification for violating fair-play rules.
Withdrawal from the tournament after registration confirmation.
Connectivity, in-game, or device-related issues during matches.
Failure to appear for scheduled matches or submit required IDs.

4. Refund Process

If your case qualifies for a refund, please contact our support team via email within 3 days of the issue. Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed to the original UPI or payment method within 5–7 business days.

Registered Player Name
Free Fire ID and Team Name
Transaction ID or Screenshot
Reason for refund request

7. Final Decision
